Harley Seger serves as the Assistant Director of Student Success and the Career Center at Berklee NYC. An original team member at Berklee NYC, Harley has been instrumental in shaping career services and programming over the past four years, collaborating closely with Berklee's Career Center team and an extensive network of industry partners to empower the next generation of creative professionals.

Harley holds a degree in musical theatre with an emphasis in songwriting from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where she also demonstrated her leadership skills as student body president for two consecutive years.
In addition to her impactful work at Berklee, Harley is a multitalented artist. She is an Equity actor, singer, songwriter, and writer who has performed across the country from national tours to extended off-Broadway productions. Her artistic versatility and professional accomplishments underscore her commitment to fostering creativity and excellence in others.
