Chris Sclafani is a New York City-based record producer, mixer, multi-instrumentalist, and Grammy Award–winning recording engineer. He has vocal produced artists such as Selena Gomez, Gwen Stefani, Gracie Abrams, the Jonas Brothers, Julia Michaels, and Ellie Goulding, to name a few. During his time with Benny Blanco, he had engineered, produced, and performed on projects for Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, the Weeknd, Rixton, OneRepublic, Halsey, and many other talented artists. His production aesthetic lends itself to recording live instruments, focusing on capturing the most musical takes, and highlighting the nuances of the performance. Chris runs a studio in Midtown where he spends most of his time surrounded by instruments, twisting knobs ever-so-slightly and wondering how he got away with doing this for a living.
